About Me

Psychodynamic & Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy for Individuals and Professionals

I am a therapist specializing in trauma, attachment, and the development of self. I work primarily with individuals and professionals who are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who may still feel stuck in patterns related to early relationships, attachment wounds, or unresolved trauma.

I frequently work with concerns such as:

  • Attachment trauma and relational patterns

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Life transitions and identity development

  • Relationship and intimacy struggles

  • Personality patterns that impact work and relationships

  • Family-of-origin issues that continue to affect adult life

After receiving my Masters in Clinical Social Work, I completed a Clinical Fellowship at The Menninger Clinic, where I later held a clinical position providing individual, family, and group therapy. During this time, I received specialized training in Mentalization-Based Therapy, Group Process and became a certified Daring Way™ facilitator. I also completed a four-year post-graduate specialization at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a meditation teacher and the owner of Creó, a creative wellness center. My work in meditation and creative wellness informs my appreciation for the mind-body connection and the importance of reflective space in healing and growth.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, informed by family systems thinking and a strong humanistic perspective. I help clients explore how past experiences shape present-day emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Our work together focuses on building insight, emotional regulation, and more authentic ways of relating to oneself and others.

I aim to create a therapy space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally safe. A secure therapeutic relationship allows for deeper exploration, stabilization during times of stress, and lasting emotional growth.
